We can:

  • Help you understand the payments going in and out of your account.

  • Reset your online banking login details or issue new cards and PINs.

  • Explain your options if you have a joint account.

  • Help you open a new current or savings account in your own name.

  • Redirect your bank statements to a safe address.

  • Support you in dealing with any debts.

  • Share details of other organisations that could help keep you safe and provide support.
